Set in a beautifully restored historic building, we give both new and establised independent kitchens space to grow, try new ideas and work with other local businesses. We run the bar, events and front of house, with all our profits going back into keeping the Buttermarket buzzing and to wider town projects.

It’s all about great food, culture, and community, right in the heart of Redruth.
