Meet Tim, Greg & Bertie

Founded by the Thompson brothers, Silco grew from a shared passion for great food, expertly crafted drinks and unforgettable hospitality.

With roots in St Ives, the trio work closely with local farmers, fishermen and producers to create vibrant, seasonal dishes that are full of flavour. Their ethos is simple: keep it local, keep it ethical, and always serve food that's made to be shared.
