Every sandwich is made fresh to order, from deli-inspired classics to indulgent specials that have quickly become a Buttermarket favourite.

Meet Craig

Craig is the creative force behind The Filthy Focaccia, bringing together quality ingredients, big flavours and a love of seriously good sandwiches. From perfecting house-made sauces to dreaming up new cin-a-bun drizzles, he's passionate about creating food that's generous, comforting and packed with flavour.

When he's not in the kitchen, he's always on the lookout for inspiration for his next foodie creation, as he runs Pirate Cheesecakes, Cult Burger and Bekoffi.
