Meet Joji & Hollie

Joji and Hollie are the duo behind The Cornish Fijian, combining Joji's Fijian heritage with a passion for sharing the food he grew up with.

Together they've created a menu that celebrates authentic island flavours with a Cornish twist, bringing people together over generous portions, vibrant spices and plenty of Bula spirit.
