Bango Kitchen
Bango Kitchen are bringing their delectable dishes to the Buttermarket so you can get your Asian street food fix. You’ll find fresh sushi, dumplings, ramen and the dreamiest Bao Buns, plus super tasty specials curated from local produce.
Little Ears
Little Ears are bringing local produce and buckets of fresh, homemade pasta to the Buttermarket. Inspired by Italian cuisine, expect authentic flavours made in small batches by hand.
Cowgirls
Expect incredible beef burgers created from the best fresh, local ingredients. Cowgirls are on a mission to share their grass-fed, retired dairy cow beef with people who are into good quality food.
Bango Kitchen

The Jar is an Indian and Sri Lankan inspired street food offering. Fresh, humble ingredients bought to life with love and spices, and inspired by time travelling, the perfect food to enjoy with friends and warm your soul.
Cath’s Cornish Kitchen
Cath’s Cornish Kitchen turns locally sourced ingredients into lovingly made, mouth-watering food. The Buttermarket will now be your new go-to for all things pastry – from pies to quiches, tarts to sweet treats.
Cowgirls
