Silco is an independent Cornish drinks company from St Ives, run by brothers Tim, Greg, and Bertie. Known for their harbour-side bar and kitchen, they’re inspired by street food adventures and global flavours, all paired with their own expertly crafted cocktails from Earles Bar.
