Inspired by travels and a love of bold flavours, JB Gone Cooking is all about turning fresh Cornish produce into global plates worth talking about. Think Goan Pork to Courgette Fritti & Halloumi parathas to pan-Asian favourites – remixed and reimagined.
Our newest pop-up kitchen is where local meets international, and every dish is made to be dived into fork-first. Come hungry, leave happy.
