New Pop-up: Get to know The Kernow Shellfish Kitchen

A big welcome to The Kernow Shellfish Kitchen  – dishing up the freshest Cornish mussels, sourced sustainably.

Sourced from the clear waters of St Austell Bay and supplied by a local fishmonger just down the road, these mussels are the real deal – local, seasonal, and packed with flavour. Think classic Moules Marinière with white wine and garlic, or a rich, warming Cider & Bacon broth made with Cornish cider and crispy pancetta.

Every bowl is served with crusty bread, fresh lemon, and plenty of heart. Fresh. Local. Full of flavour.
