15 Jan My Mum Makes … let’s tuck in!
Our newest pop-up kitchen is born in Bangkok and rooted in Cornwall!
My Mum Makes is bringing the energy and flavours of a bustling Thai street market straight to the Buttermarket. When the woks are on, the aromas alone are reason enough to follow your nose.
Using family recipes passed down by mums from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, Natchaya serves up bold flavours, authentic ingredients and plenty of smoky wok magic. Everything is cooked fresh, full of heart and made with a whole lot of love – the kind of food that turns a quick visit into a “stay for one more bite” situation.
