13 Feb Missed the Bango x Sharp’s Takeover? Try this recipe at home
If you missed Bango Kitchen x Sharp’s Brewery Silent Bistro, try this epic Thai Nam Jim recipe at home for a taste of what’s on offer at the Buttermarket.
Here’s a little taste of the Bango Kitchen menu—bursting with HUGE flavour and endless possibilities for you to recreate in your own kitchen.
Thai Nam Jim is traditionally a Thai dipping sauce. If you know Bango, you know they don’t do “traditional” very well… They prefer to throw the rulebook out the window and just make seriously tasty food happen!
Bango use Nam Jim to dip, dunk, drizzle, dress, glaze, torch, and everything in between!
They’re sharing the recipe with you, but if you like it a little spicier, stickier, fishier, more aromatic, or sweeter—go ahead and tweak it to your taste!
