4. What’s your favourite ingredient to cook with? Soy sauce or sesame seed

5. Can you tell us one of the dishes on your Buttermarket menu? My favourite is the Reuben sandwich – smokey peppery pastrami, melted Swiss cheese, fermented sauerkraut, zesty pickled cucumbers and lashings of Russian dressing! 

6. If you had a pet seagull, what would you name them? Gary

7. If you could only eat one cuisine for the rest of your life, what would it be? Japanese

8. What’s your favourite song to play in the kitchen? Any ballad
