05 Sep Buttermarket’s Press Success!
We haven’t even opened our doors yet, and already the word is spreading about the Buttermarket’s epic restoration.
News reporters local to Redruth and further afield have been celebrating the Buttermarket’s story – a cluster of historic buildings once falling into disrepair now being granted a new lease of life as an eclectic social hub and dining experience!
In the lead up to our grand opening, the Buttermarket’s restoration has been featured on the BBC, as well as in The Voice.
Cornish Stuff have also shared news about our opening date (the 20th of September! Note that down!), as have Business Cornwall.
We’re over the moon that word is being shared far and wide about the Buttermarket’s incredible story!
We’re counting down the days now until we open our freshly painted doors and share this legendary transformation. We’ll be open for lunch and dinner on Friday the 20th and Saturday the 21st. Will you be the first to sample flavours from one of our diverse, delectable kitchens?
And the excitement doesn’t stop there! If you haven’t already, make sure you get your tickets for our opening celebrations! We’ve got two awesome events lined up: the Diaspora Disco and a Mega Nos Lowen.
This £4 million restoration project has been made possible thanks to funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund, Architectural Heritage Fund, Historic England and Cornwall Council through the High Street Heritage Action Zone programme.
